Gail Keller , Broker in Charge
 Gail is from the Green Creek area of Polk County. She resides on their farm with her husband Don, their beagle. They have two sons and five delightful grandchildren. She enjoys camping, riding motorcycle, teaching Sunday school and singing with the church group. Gail is also an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay.
After spending more than two decades in textile management, she changed direction and went to work for a contractor/developer. This led into real estate where she obtained her sales license in 2000 and her broker license in 2001. She started at Russco Realty in September of 2004

Linda Potter, Realtor and Office Manager
 Linda Potter, a native of Polk County, North Carolina, is a graduate of
Polk Central High School. She has worked for several industries in the
area, including Broyhill. More recently she worked for sixteen years as
the out-front manager for Russco Drug and Food before becoming a partner
in Russco Realty. She is a licensed realtor, a member of the Rutherford
County Board of Realtors, and a subscriber to Multiple Listing.
Linda and her husband live in the Sunnyview Community. They have two
children and four grandchildren. She has always been actively involved
with her family, her church, and the community.
From having lived here all her life, she knows the area very well. She
has a keen eye for property values and works hard for both buyers and
sellers of real estate.

Allison Clontz is a 1991 graduate of Polk Central High School. She's
lived in Polk County all her life and knows the area well. She is a
mother of two working towards a career in Real Estate, meanwhile she's
maintaining the website for Russco Realty.
